Record a screencast

To help us identify your problem, click the Record a Screencast button below. A screen recording service will start. Note that your browser may ask you to grant permission for the recorder to run.

It takes a few seconds for the recorder to load. Once it has, a recording frame will be displayed on your screen.

You can drag it around using the target square in the middle of the frame. You can also re-size it using the grab handles around its edges.

Once you are happy it is positioned properly, click the RED record button at the bottom left to begin the recording. There will be a small countdown, during which time you can bring the window you want to record to the desktop and then demonstrate the issue you are experiencing.

When you are finished recording, click Done and provide your name, email address and some information about the problem.

Once you submit this information, the video will be uploaded to us and we will then be in a better position to identify and resolve the problem.
