At Arnold Clark, we operate our own Emergency Hotline 24 hours a day for 365 days a year. This emergency line is manned by our own fully qualified personnel and is not out-sourced, a service we think is unique and that our customers appreciate. So whatever time of day you have a problem, we’re there to help.

When we receive a call it is logged and given an Incident Number. Based upon the information given by the caller, the Maintenance Controller will make a decision concerning the agent he will use to attend the call. We are committed to attending all emergency calls within a 1 hour period (taken as an average across the year). We also treat calls for unaccompanied females, or females with infants as a priority.

Where required, we can extend UK emergency roadside assistance cover to provide Fleet Europe cover (which includes repatriation). We provide this service through our partners at the Automobile Association.
