Our job in Fleet Maintenance, is to make sure that your fleet is properly maintained at all times. This ensures a minimum of off-road time, and thus minimal disruption to your business.

We believe there is only one way to control costs, and that is before the event. Consequently, we insist that all repair work is authorised by us before the work is put in hand. Using our computerised fleet management system, we check previous repair history to ensure that the work is required, and is appropriate. Importantly, our maintenance controllers also make sure that repairs are charged at an acceptable rate - a task most other leasing companies allocate to accounts personnel. You can be sure your vehicles are in safe hands at Arnold Clark.

It is our policy to insist on manufacturers recommended parts, and not cheaper clones. We are constantly reviewing our policies and procedures, but at the moment, we consider this the most cost-effective arrangement. Check out our repair network.
